1. Exchange Window
You may refund or exchange within 14 days from receiving your order.
2. المُـعاينة (Package Inspection)
We believe in full transparency — you may open and inspect your package upon delivery (مُعاينة) to ensure everything meets your expectations.
3. Refused Packages
If you decide not to keep your order after inspection, simply decline the delivery and pay only the shipping fee of 140 EGP.
4. After Delivery
Once the courier has left, refunds are no longer available through us.
However, you may still exchange or return items by bringing them to any Medley Fashion branch within the valid period.
6. Sale Items
Items purchased during sales must be checked upon delivery.
Sale pieces are eligible for same-moment return only while the courier is still present — no refunds will be processed afterwards.
7. Payment Policy
Please note that Medley does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
All online orders must be fully paid before the order leaves Medley’s warehouse. Orders cannot be dispatched without confirmed full payment.
If you prefer to shop first and pay at the time of purchase, we’d be happy to welcome you at your nearest Medley store.
Our sales agent will contact you through WhatsApp to confirm. If the order isn’t confirmed it will be cancelled within 30 minutes
8. Item Condition
All items must be returned unused, unworn, and with original tags and packaging intact.
We reserve the right to decline any exchange that doesn’t meet these conditions.
