1. Exchange Window

You may refund or exchange within 7 days from receiving your order.

2. المُـعاينة (Package Inspection)

We believe in full transparency — you may open and inspect your package upon delivery (مُعاينة) to ensure everything meets your expectations.

3. Refused Packages

If you decide not to keep your order after inspection, simply decline the delivery and pay only the shipping fee of 115 EGP.

4. After Delivery

Once the courier has left, refunds are no longer available.
However, you may still exchange or return items by bringing them to any Medley Fashion branch within the valid period.

6. Sale Items

Items purchased during sales must be checked upon delivery.
Sale pieces are eligible for same-moment exchange only while the courier is still present — no refunds will be processed afterward.

7. Large Orders

For orders of more than four items, a 50 % deposit is required before shipment to confirm and reserve your selection.

8. Item Condition

All items must be returned unused, unworn, and with original tags and packaging intact.

We reserve the right to decline any exchange that doesn’t meet these conditions.
